Prelaunch research

Foodel is evaluating possible regional demand for a prepared-meal service. Features, menus, service areas, delivery schedules, prices, eligibility standards, launch dates, and the project itself may change or be discontinued before any paid service begins.

Eligibility

The website and waitlist are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old and are providing accurate information for themselves or their household. A ZIP code, neighborhood, or other research response does not establish service eligibility.

No guaranteed position or invitation

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee service, priority, a particular waitlist position, pricing, availability, a reward, or an invitation to a pilot. Foodel may use service-area fit, demand, operational capacity, communication consent, and manual review when considering potential pilot participants.

Referrals

Referral codes and any displayed milestones are prelaunch research features. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and do not create a guaranteed entitlement. Suspected self-referrals, duplicate submissions, manipulation, or abuse may be rejected. Foodel may change or discontinue prelaunch referral rules prospectively.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, scrape personal information, evade security or rate limits, or use automated submissions to distort research results.

Site information

Foodel tries to keep prelaunch information useful and accurate, but research estimates and preliminary descriptions may be incomplete, unavailable, or changed without guaranteeing advance notice. Do not rely on this website as confirmation that products or services will become available.

Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions or general feedback, Foodel may use that feedback to evaluate or improve the project without owing compensation. This does not authorize Foodel to publicly identify you or use your personal information contrary to the privacy notice.

Future paid services

Any paid pilot, subscription, order, delivery, promotion, or reward program will require separate terms presented before the relevant transaction or participation. Nothing on this prelaunch website obligates you to purchase anything.

Privacy and non-waivable rights

Personal information is handled as described in the published privacy notice. Nothing in these prelaunch terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
