Communication consent
Last updated July 23, 2026. This page is an informational summary, not a service contract. Selecting the optional consent checkbox is nevertheless a revocable authorization for the email communications described below.
Your choice
Email consent is optional, purpose-specific, and separate from joining the research waitlist. Refusing or withdrawing consent will not invalidate your waitlist submission, although you may not receive marketing updates or pilot announcements.
What you authorize
If you select the optional checkbox, you authorize Foodel to email you market-research requests, surveys, regional launch updates, pilot announcements or invitations, and closely related Foodel news. Message frequency may vary during research and launch.
Email only
This consent applies only to email for the stated marketing and research purpose. Providing a phone number does not authorize marketing calls or SMS messages.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contacting [email protected]. Foodel will suppress future marketing email as soon as reasonably practicable and as required by law.
Administrative messages
After marketing consent is withdrawn, Foodel may still send non-marketing messages reasonably necessary to confirm an action you requested, respond to you, administer an active waitlist or pilot interaction, or provide legally required information.
Consent evidence
Foodel may keep a versioned record of the consent language, your decision, its date and source page, and limited privacy-preserving technical evidence. Withdrawal records and suppression information may be retained to honor your choice and demonstrate compliance.
No purchase or service guarantee
Consent does not require a purchase and does not guarantee service availability, waitlist position, pricing, a reward, or an invitation to any pilot.
